ABOUT KAI MING

Rooted in tradition.
Open to discovery.

Kai Ming Association for Tai Chi Chuan brings together people interested in learning, practising and sharing Tai Chi.

A shared enquiry.

Our focus is Cheng Man Ching style Tai Chi Chuan, with Qigong and a wider syllabus that allows students to deepen their practice over time.

Kai Ming is a not-for-profit organisation. We value an open-minded approach: a question asked in class, a movement revisited or an experience shared with a training partner can all become part of learning.

The tradition we study.

Our practice connects with the teaching traditions of Cheng Man Ching and Huang Shen Shyan. Understanding that background can enrich practice, alongside time spent learning directly with an instructor.
