For world tai chi & qigong day we will run FREE classes and demonstrations in Cotteridge Park, Birmingham
The session will include:
- Qigong for all
- Tai Chi form practice and demonstration
- Fan and sword demonstration
- Martial demonstration (time permitting)
Finish with mindful qigong
