Monthly Advanced Training Dates
Monthly training gives you the opportunity to develop you skills deeper than may be possible in your weekly class.
We focus on Cheng Man Ching style in the lineage of Huang Sheng Shyan.
Whether you just want more advanced training or even want to train as a tai chi instructor, these sessions are for you.
Subjects covered include:
• Tai Chi 13 postures
• Developing Ting jing and Dong Jing and the use of the facia
• Da Lu and Si Zen Shou
• San Shou
• Tui Shou
• Weapons application - Form to Function (not just learning forms)
